As we continue to improve and expand our AI subtitling service, we also work with professional subtitlers and subtitling companies for requests the platform does not currently handle.
What the network is for
Some requests fall outside the current scope of the automated service, such as:
- longer videos
- translations
- post-editing
- manual subtitling support
For these cases, we may connect users with people in our subtitling network through the ticket system.
How it works
- A user submits a service request through a ticket.
- Members of the network receive the request by email.
- If relevant, you can contact the requester directly and agree on the terms.
Subtitling.net only introduces the two parties. We do not take part in the agreement and we do not charge any fee or commission for this.
